Maya presents this beautiful golden color in her carved resin purse. The color is enhanced by the carnelian and onyx beads, and the faceted crystals and rhinestones, both on the purse and on the chain. The purse is 8" by 4 1/2" and 2" front to back. The chain is 44" end to end.

Elegant and enormous, this unsigned gold plated brooch can also be worn as a pendant. The piece is very heavy and chunky. It is probably from the 1960's and may possibly be a Kenneth J Lane piece though it is not signed. 6 1/2" long and 4" wide.

Elegant and extremely wearable is this set by Miriam Haskell. In the necklace there are chains with tiny links, and a chain with long links that carries the the jade colored glass beads and faceted crystals. The round center of the necklace is very intricately designed with multiple levels and all prong set tiny rhinestones and a gold plated leaf design. Maya chooses a delicate turquoise color for her resin purse. The snake skin pattern is, in some areas, dusted with gold leaf. Note the ornate clasp with gilt butterfly and flowers which are accented with glittering rhinestones and crystals. The charming pendant is composed of crystals and piwa pearls. The chain, which can also be worn as a necklace, is gold plated with chunks of turquoise, crystals and gold colored beads. Chain is 44". Purse is 7" wide, 3 1/2" high, 2 1/2" deep.

The look of ancient ivory, antiqued copper-tone metal framing and antiqued gold plate chain, all these in Maya's lovely purse. Add to that jasper, citrine, and wood and metal beads and you have an artwork! Great to wear with jeans and also great with dress up. Note the flat back of the purse which makes it ride nicely against the body. Purse is 5 3/4" wide, 7" high, 2" deep. Chain is 46" long.

Maya frequently presents an oriental theme in her purses.This one is even more special than most. Under the resin surface is (quoted from Maya) "Special 'Geisha' painting by renowned painter: Art Zamora for Maya as signed." The front, and especially the back, of the purse are heavily carved/molded. The 46" chain features faceted citrine and crystal beads. Purse is 8 1/2" wide 5" high, 2" deep.

A charmer! This whimsical bug looks like he has a sense of humor. American designer Rick Shelley created him in pewter and colorful glass beads. The wings move slightly and look like mother of pearl. He is a large bug measuring 5" from front to back, 3 1/2" side to side and is approximately 2" high.

Karen Smith, a contemporary American artisan, refers to herself as a "knotter of miniature tapestry adornments." She designs knotting patterns in washable nylon thread and integrates them with gemstones. This particular necklace is composed of a serpentine dragon carving with amethyst, turquoise, black onyx, jade and goldstone beads. It is hand signed Karen Smith '06 on the back. It is a remarkable and outstanding artwork! I measures 28" end to end (measured using the inside string of beads).

Sassy little pouch purse! This little guy is a charmer. Lovely leather and sleek and shiny ranch mink. The leather plaque on the interior zipper compartment says : made in Italy for Lord & Taylor, 100% mink. The lining ( in perfect condition just like the outside ) repeats over and over again: Paola del Lungo. Purse is 10" wide, 7 1/2" high, 3" side to side. The straps are 22" end to end.

Elegantly designed and of the finest leather, this Judith Leiber handbag is a classic. Center compartment sports a sassy, signed, gold-plated comb with its own pouch. That compartment has an open side pocket and a zippered one and has a clasp closure. The two open side pockets are great for carrying gloves, keys and the like. This purse was purchased from a very fine estate sale, and the quality of this Judith Jack purse reflects the sale from which it came. The marquisite (pyrite) is "grade A" mined in South America. The stones are hand set in sterling silver. The design and craftsmanship are superb. The lining repeatedly presents Judith Jack's name. The metal cartouche says "Judith Jack, made in Italy." Purse is 5 1/2" by 4 5/8". 1 1/2" front to back. Beaded chain is 11 1/2" end to end.

Fabulous sassy pouch and totally intact, a major feat for a little purse that ancient! Large blue faceted beads, two levels of tiny silver bead fringe and an eight strand long tassel. Great lining and metal drawstring. Some lucky person danced the Charleston with this little purse swinging from her wrist. Diameter of purse fully opened 4 1/2", length of purse 5", length of tassel 2 1/2", wristband tightens automatically by metal drawstring to fit any size wrist.

Beautifully crafted Marcel Boucher pin. Very three dimensional. Note the clear rhinestone collar that gives this little bird class and character. Gold plated. Says Boucher on back of tail feathers. Boucher series number also on back but is illegible. 3 1/4" long, 7/8" wide.

This brooch has sparkling clear and deep sapphire blue rhinestones, all prong set. Very three dimensional. Hattie Carnegie plaque on the back. 2 1/2" in diameter. NOTE: the preceding picture of necklace and earrings match this brooch.

Elegant yet delicate, this Hattie Carnegie set with its all prong-set rhinestones glitters brilliantly. The hook closure on the necklace permits it to be worn as a choker or slightly longer for an equally charming look. necklace is 15" end to end and 1" wide, approximately. American designer Patrice has created this charming pair in natural stones and brass. The necklace is composed of yellow jade,Chinese amazonite and pearls (note the beautiful pearl in the ornate shell just above the dolphin pendant). The clip earrings are composed of Chinese amazonite and honey jasper. The necklace is 17" end to end and the pendant 2" in diameter. The earrings are 1" in diameter. They are priced separately.
