Reversible Yves San Laurant (YSL) pendant necklace from the 1970/80's. Interesting and fun piece: red cabs on one side, blue/green on the other. Nice quality gold plating. 16" end to end with 1 1/2" extension. Pendant 1 3/8" long, 1 1/4" wide. YSL signature at the end of the extension.

This stunning jacket is in the style of Paco Rabanne. Wear it over, say, a long slinky black dress or pants, very dramatic! It is if disk and link construction which makes it easy to wear and move in. Front opening with oval disk closure at the top. Purchased at Saks Fifth Avenue, New York City, 1967. You will never see another one. Size 8, approximately.

Elegant and smart looking, this Baroque pearl set by Miriam Haskell is perfect with a simple, sleek outfit. The necklace is 13" around the neck, the "necktie" is 10 1/2" long. The drop on the earrings is 1 1/2" long.

Chanel's elegant simplicity. Gold plated with lusterous faux pearls. Note the double "C" design in the corners of each earring. Plaque on back says "Chanel, 94p, made in France." 1 1/4" diameter, 1/2" deep.

This huge, dramatic hinged bracelet is gold plated over brass. It is oval in shape, slightly domed in appearance, and has an overall floral pattern that gives the appearance of hand carving. 2" wide with a 2 1/8" by 2 1/2" inside dimensions. It proudly wears the oval Haskell plaque.

Sterling vermeil jelly belly sailfish with red glass eye and small clear rhinestones.Exquisite! His age is undetermined.He bears the oval Hobe plaque,but it seems unlikely that Hobe was the maker since Hobe never made jelly bellies.The brooch is of superb quality even if its parenthood is questionable. 3" by 2 3/4".

Elegant and sophisticated and very well made. This set of simulated pearls and rhinestones looks just like real pearls and tiny pave diamonds. Its not signed, but it deserves to be! The necklace is 13 1/2" around the inside and is 3/4" wide. The bracelet is 7" around the inside and is also 3/4" wide.

Gun metal in color with gold accents and chain. Add to that the dazzling rhinestone front panel and you have the perfect party purse! Large enough to hold necessaries ( like reading glasses for the menu???), yet small enough to carry for evening use. 6 1/2" wide, 4 1/4" high and 2 1/4" deep.

Lovely black and clear crystal faceted beads and an ornate clasp are presented by Givenchy. The cartouche on the back of the clasp is dated 1980 and is signed Givenchy. 36" approximately end to end including clasp.

Designed for Haskell by Larry Vrba in 1973. Made of gilded metal with plastic stones imitating jade (or perhaps end of day Bakelite?). Featured in "The Jewels of Miriam Haskell", page 202. Oval metal cartouche is marked Miriam Haskell. Bracelet is 2" high.

In the style of Paco Rabanne who introduced "metal clothing" in the late 1960's, this Italian halter is something you are not likely to see again. Light as a feather for ease of wearing, boldly chic, and great worn under, say, an open velvet jacket, or over a long halter-shaped dress. Purchased at Saks Fifth Avenue, New York City in 1967. Fits size eight, approximately.

This magnificent necklace was created for the House of DeLillo by Robert Clark in the early 1970s. Clark, former chief designer for Miriam Haskell, left to form a partnership with DeLillo in the late 1960's. Fantasy Jewels purchased this most unusual necklace from DeLillo/Clark personal collection. The necklace is heavily gold plated and all the hundreds of tiny rhinestones are hand set. The color combination in this DeLillo set is stunning! The faceted black glass beads are laced with turquoise roundels. The faceted red crystals are open back and the red is firey and gleaming. The red stones are surrounded by turquoise and black stones, all prong set by hand. This set was designed and executed by Robert Clark, chief designer for DeLillo, and former chief designer for Miriam Haskell. Outrageous is truly the word for these Kenneth Lane dangle earrings. All stones are prong set. 4 5/8" long from the top of the clip to the bottom of the middle drop. The dangle itself is 2 1/4" by 2 1/4".

Turquoise cabachons, pave rhinestones and chunky gold plated metal comprise this elegant set. The diamond shaped brooch is 2 3/4" square and the oval looking clip earrings are really round and 1" in diameter.
