I can just see this pair slogging through the desert. Somewhat humorous, yet with a certain dignity that comes from the exotic. This brooch is beautiful in its three dimensional design and is silver plated. Plaque on the back says Thief of Bagdad (from the film) and Korda. There is a "3" on the left and a "6" on the right along with some other unclear markings. From spear end to hoof is 3" and from spear tip to tail is 2 1/2".

Fantastic! This brooch is in the style of Miriam Haskell, though unsigned. Various sizes and shapes of prong-set clear rhinestones along with faceted crystals of varying shapes and sizes. Double layer filigree backing typical of old Haskell. Great worn at the waist or to accent a plunging neckline. Over all length 4 3/4", width 2 1/4", depth 1". Very chunky and very well made.

Unique even for Haskell! The pendant is a slice of real shell, irridescent spirl inside, reddish-brown design outside. The center of the 1 7/8" pendant contains a gold tone branch with wired plastic bugle beads to match the shell color. The 13" necklace is three strands of the same bugle beads with gold colored spacers. Flower clasp and 2 1/2" extension which is punctuated by glass ball of the same shell colors.
