A charmer! This whimsical bug looks like he has a sense of humor. American designer Rick Shelley created him in pewter and colorful glass beads. The wings move slightly and look like mother of pearl. As with all of Dorothy Bauer's rhinestone jewelry, the stones are Austrian crystal and are prong set. The frame is constructed and soldered by hand.
