Robert Clark designed this gorgeous set for the House of deLillo in the 1970's. Clark was, prior to his partnership with William deLillo, chief designer for Mariam Haskell. He brought with him to deLillo his superb design ability and craftsmanship. This set uses only the finest materials in both glass beads and heavy gold plate.We purchased this set directly from William deLillo and Robert Clark and was part of their personal collection. The necklace has the flower head clasp used by Clark, and a string tag with deLillo ltd. n.y., One earring has the wm deLillo plaque, the other earring has an illegible patent number. The necklace is 14" end to end with a 2 1/2" extension chain. The necklace is 1" wide. The attached pendant is 6 1/4" long and 2" wide. The clip earrings are 5/8" square.
