This little critter is out for lunch. Adorable little bug, great for a hat, a collar, or perhaps a pocketbook.Created by Dorothy Bauer whose creative designs are always charming and very collectible. The pin is 1 3/8" long to the tip of her antenna, and 7/8" side to side. The Bauer metal plaque is on the underside, and a description card with a collector's record is included.

A palm tree in the snow? Anything is possible. Especially with Dorothy Bauer's fanciful brooches. This palm tree is all prong set and is very three dimensional. A show stopper in every way. 3 3/4" tall, 3" wide, 2" front to back.

Lovely Patrice piece. Made with vintage German glass in combination with brass. Bar is 2 1/8" by 3/4", pendant is 1 1/8" by 1 1/4".

The frogs(two)pendant is antique and is from Tibet. The frogs are a symbol of prosperity. the beads are Chinese turquoise and red and yellow jasper combined with sterling silver. Note the lovely design on the reverse side of the pendant. Necklace is 17" end to end. Pendant is 2 1/2" nose to foot, and 1 5/8" side to side.

What a fun pin! Dorothy Bauer has a great sense of humor which is expressed in many of her charming creations. This brooch is very three dimensional. The ball of rhinestone "ice cream" is 3/4" from front to back and forms one half of a sphere. The brooch is 3" long and 1 1/2" wide. Great piece for the summer season!

Hand crafted and gold plated, this set of pure copper, though unsigned, has the look of a designer's piece. The cabochons are probably glass or possibly carnelian. The necklace is 19" end to end and the large center disk is 2 1/2" in diameter. The clip earrings are 2" in diameter.

Wonderful Dorothy Bauer brooch! This little turtle has personality!. Beautiful prong set blue and green rhinestones making a charming design on the turtle's back. The brooch is very three dimenional being 1 1/8" thick from top of shell down. He is 2 3/4" nose to tail and 1 1/2" flipper to flipper.

Fabulous and festive, these Vrba drop earrings are show stoppers! Composed of an amethyst glass stone as the centerpiece, it is surrounded by faux pearls a smoky topaz rhinestones set in gold plated metal. Oval signature plate on the back of each earring marked Lawrence Vrba. They are 3 1/2" top of clip to bottom of dangle. Dangle is 2" wide.

Huge and sparkling is what to call this Dorothy Bauer sun brooch. Every rhinestone is prong set by hand. Heavy gold plating and the Bauer oval mark compose the back. The brooch is 5" in diameter.

Maya accents this bracelet with large chunks of tiger eye and obsidian, and a sprinkling of colored rhinestones. The antiqued metal work is ornate, and, if you look closely, you can see that the sides of the metal cuff are covered with metalic fabric in a tapestry pattern. This is truly a piece of art! The bracelet is 6 1/2" around with a 2" opening that makes it adjustable. The center medallion is 2 1/2" high.

The red/orange squares are translucent. The black squares are opaque. This wide and chunky bracelet is showy. It is new, plastic and unsigned. It is 1 7/8" high with 2 1/2" inside diameter.It has a nice wall.

This flower basket brooch by Vrba is spectacular, huge and very three dimensional. Verba, who formerly designed for Miriam Haskell, has outdone himself on this one! Composed of glass beads and shimmering amathyst rhinestones placed in a dark metal setting, this brooch is a show stopper when worn. And, it is a treasure for the collector. An astounding 5" high, 4" wide and (approximately) 1 1/4" deep. Signed Lawrence Vrba on an oval plaque.

Created by contemporary American designer Patrice, this limited edition is the very finest in materials, design and detail. Things made by Patrice are of heirloom quality. Sterling vermeil, fresh water pearls, red jasper, turquoise and German resin compose the elegant necklace. Double strand necklace is 17" end to end. Pendant is 2 3/4" by 1 1/2".

Sassy Scotty. A whimsical creation by French designer Pavone. Made of galalith (a derivative of skim milk) with a hand painted eye looking right at you. 3 1/2" nose to tail, 2" paw to ear, 1/4" thick. Signed Pavone on the back.

Dorothy Bauer's leaping frog, perky and fun. As with all her delightful creations the rhinestones are of finest quality and are all prong set. Frog is 3" by 2 1/4" and, as you can see in the pictures, thick. Dorothy Bauer identification card is included. Frog has Bauer's oval stamp on underside.

Delightful Patrice frog with vintage German glass, genuine Wyoming jade and brass. Chunky, four layers. 1 1/4" square, 5/8" front to back.

These real pearls in an unsigned necklace have personality. Their oval shape picks up much light and gives back a velvet-like glisten. It is a fun necklace, and its real! Pearls are 7 1/2mm by 9mm, approximately. The necklace is approximately 18" long.
