Spectacular set designed for Miriam Haskell by Frank Hess. The heavily gold plated work is outstanding with its three dimensional leaf design on the necklace and complimentary flower head design on the earrings. As is typical of Haskell, there are many elements used here: large green glass beads, three different sizes of simulated pearls, and three sizes of clear, prong-set rhinestones. Both the necklace and earrings are thick and very well made...

Carved and molded lucite beads and charming gold tone spacers compose this elegant Cadoro creation. A most unusual and beautiful necklace. 34" end to end, beads approximately 1" in diameter. Hang tag stamped Cadoro.

Robert's lovely work in this delicate pin. All tiny wired pearls and prong set rhinestones. Very three dimensional and very Haskell-like. Double filigree gilt backing with the Robert plaque. 1 7/8" diameter, 3/4 deep.

Tiny glass beads cover most of this curled Haskell gilt feather. Delicate. Miriam Haskell oval plaque on the back. 2 1/8" long, 1 1/2" wide.

Vendome elegance. Turquoise glass beads and heavy gold plate. Vendome plaque on the back of pendant. 23 3/4" end to end, pendant 3 1/4" wide,2 1/2" long. Longest dangle 2 1/2".

Festive Haskell! With bright red translucent glass beads that shimmer in the light, this delicate Miriam Haskell set is a perfect special occasion piece. The individual rhinestones are all prong set and the gold plate enhances the stones and beads. Note the interesting shape of the red beads. The necklace is 19" end to end. The flower pendant is 1 1/4" square and the longest dangle is 3". The hinged screw-back earrings are 1 3/4" long.

Mandle made lovely pins representing stringed instruments, most similar in the size and the use of materials. This charmer is gold plated and uses mother of pearl, beads and rhinestones. 2 3/4" by 1 5/8". Mandle's oval signature plate is on the back.

With gilt surfaces and antiqued painted grooves Miriam Haskell presents an interesting look. Chunky and sophisticated. 1" long, 1" wide , 1/2" deep. Each earring is signed in two places.

Made of natural French black walnut with gold plating and faux pearls, these turtles are charmers. Marked Yves Saint Laurent, Rive Gauche, and Made in France on the cartouche on the back of the pin. Each earring has the same cartouche markings. Probably from the 1960's, the pin is 2 1/8" nose to tail, 1/5/8" flipper to flipper, and 3/4" tummy to top. Clip earrings are 1 5/8 by 1 1/2" by 1/2".

Gorgeous purse, but camera shy. This hand painted pouch purse has iridescent colors placed on putty colored suede. The suede is as soft as velvet. There is a shoulder strap so it can be worn that way or carried as a clutch. It is a purse of the finest quality and is in perfect condition. From the 1960's. Signed "Patricia Smith for Moon Bags, hand painted, Milwaukee." 9 1/2" wide, 6" high, 5" thick.

Not for the timid. This is a show stopper and meant to attract attention. Handsomely made of plastic so it is not overly heavy to wear. The two colors mixed with gold spacers is a beautiful combination. 17" end to end, fringe is 3 1/4" long.

Looking more like lace than metal, this necklace is most unique.It is composed of three rows of "lace", each a different width. Very flexible to mold to the wearer's neck and shoulders. Inside circumference is approximately 15" with a 2" extension. Width is 2".

Haskell's sparkling amber colored glass beads of various shapes combine with two shades of amber rhinestones and clear rhinestones. All prong set. Miriam Haskell stamped on back of flower clasp. Miriam Haskell also stamped on the attached metal tag. Length is 14" with a 3" extension. Longest fringe is 2 1/2", shortest is 1 1/2".

Faceted black and aurora borealis crystal beads compose this unsigned stunning choker. The choker is 1" wide. The bib is 6" long and 5 1/2" across the top.

The House of DeLillo produced only the finest in quality and design. The jewelry was made to order for specific customers, many well known in theatrical and political circles. Robert Clark, chief designer for Miriam Haskell, left there to join forces with DeLillo in the late 1960's. This beautiful necklace was part of the DeLillo/Clark personal collection from which we purchased it. It's two level fringe is gold plated and presents an intricate design along with the pearls...
