Outrageous! To start with this Bauer bird is 6" long, has "tail feathers" dangling freely to pick up any movement, and is very three dimensional. What a fun pin! Dorothy Bauer has a great sense of humor which is expressed in many of her charming creations. This brooch is very three dimensional. The ball of rhinestone "ice cream" is 3/4" from front to back and forms one half of a sphere. The brooch is 3" long and 1 1/2" wide. Great piece for the summer season!

Wonderful Dorothy Bauer brooch! This little turtle has personality!. Beautiful prong set blue and green rhinestones making a charming design on the turtle's back. The brooch is very three dimenional being 1 1/8" thick from top of shell down. He is 2 3/4" nose to tail and 1 1/2" flipper to flipper.
