Trifari design patent number on the back of the brooch--#129320--reveals that the design was created in 1940, probably by Philippe for Trifari. It is a treasure, and oh so graceful in line. 4" long, 1 3/4" wide. Slightly convex, rhodium plated.

Hundreds and hundreds of tiny sparking rhinestones compose this unsigned 1940's brooch. The crystal center stone is a rich blue and is faceted in an unusual way that gives it maximum glitter. Wearing this brooch means letting it take center stage without any other jewelry for competition! Brooch is 4 1/4" in diameter and has a smooth silver-colored metal back.

Hard to find Staret from the 1930's or 40's. This is a graceful pin with every rhinestone glistening brightly. Multi-layered, chunky and heavy, wonderful for any collection. Staret is stamped under the clasp. Can be worn horizontally or vertically. 3 1/2" by 1 5/8". 5/8" deep.

Beautifully and deeply carved Bakelite, this set was once a lighter melon color as the back of each piece demonstrates. The stiffened fabric belt (37") and can be used or easily replaced by another belt of choice. Buckle is 2 3/4" wide, 2 1/8" high. Pair of dress clips 1" wide, 1 3/4" high.

These regal brooches are gold plated and enameled, and are accented by tiny red beads. They are probably pre the second world war and are stamped Germany. Large figure 2 3/4" by 2". Small 2" by 1 1/2".

Heavily gold plated, this Trifari fur clip has the crown mark over the stamp of Trifari.An old Trifari piece probably from the 1930's. Note the safety clasp on one of the prongs. Pave rhinestones with large multi-colored crystals. 3" by 1 1/2".

Cute little dog. This Bakelite brooch is carved (the white lines are light reflection and do not exist on the piece), painted, and with a painted glass eye. He is 1 3/4" from nose to tail and 1 3/8" ear to paw.

Beyond saying Bakelite and unusual, how do I describe this bracelet. The thin bottom layer appears to have been painted in a "leopard" pattern while the top layer is red-like brown in a beautifully carved floral pattern. It is intricate and delicate looking. Bottom layer has some slight hint of red in some places.5/8" wide, 2 1/2" inside diameter.

Gilt and turquoise glass beads in various shapes, some with designs. These beautiful beads and their flower-like attachments cascade like a dazzling waterfall. Unsigned but worthy of any designer's signature. 5 7/8" long, 2 1/2" wide.

Flowers, leaves and bows from the 1930's. Luscious square red rhinestones surround pale pink aurora borealis rhinestones. these are accompanied by sterling and enamel. Brooch is 3 1/2" by 3". Hinged clip earrings are 1" in diameter.

Brown with daisy and leaf pattern 1" wide, 2 1/2" inside diameter. Creamed corn, pierced, 1 1/4" wide, 2 12" inside diameter. Tangerine with geometric carving. 7/8" wide, 2 1/2" inside diameter. All three nicely carved. White spots exist only in the picture. All in great condition.

This bracelet is a luscious tomato red. It is shiny, sleek, wide and marbled. 1 5/16" wide, 3/16" wall, 2 1/2" inside diameter.

Amathyst glass open-back stones with gold plated flowers form this clip. Very elegant. Can be worn in many ways: plunging neckline, hat, belt, pocket, purse. Ornate single clip attachment.3" wide, 2" high, 5/8" thick.

Delicate basket of pave rhinestones filled with colorful crystal flowers, all in the Deco style. 2 1/8" by 1 1/4".

Great carving in this floral motif clip. The back reveals that it was once olive in color, and time has turned it to a nice warm brown. The clip has a patent number, long, and difficult to read. 2 1/4" long, 1 1/2" wide.

The brown Bakelite bracelet on the left has a nicely carved daisy pattern. 7/8" wide, 2 1/2" inside diameter. The brown marbled butterscotch ("Mississippi Mud") on the right is chunky and has a lighter colored inside demonstrating age. 3/4" wide, 3/8" wall, 2 1/2" inside diameter.
